Fabric requirements:
Make in woven fabric: tulle, netting, chiffon, georgette, crinkle, lace, voile. Or try heavier fabrics, such as cotton, linen, viscose, (using only one layer and removing the lining.)

You will also need:
Thread in a matching colour.
Elastic for waistband - 2.5-5cm deep. We suggest something soft, as it will be touching your childs skin.
Optional trim such as ribbon, pom-pom, to add for decoration.
