We ship from London, UK, via Royal Mail.

Where do you ship?

We are currently UK & Europe only based, though making plans to expand our offer overseas. We welcome feedback on this.

How long do I have to wait to receive my pattern?

PDF patterns are available to download after your purchase is confirmed, via a download link emailed after purchase. Please ensure you save your pattern to your device within 24 hours, you can then print whenever you are ready.

Postal orders are processed within 1-3 days, (ie, posted within this time frame.) You will receive an email when your order has been sent.

Orders in the UK will be sent first class.

Orders in Europe should be delivered in 3-5 working days.

How much do I need to pay for P&P?

Patterns - £2.99 UK, £4.99 Europe

Fabric - £3.99 - £5.99 UK, £5.99 - £7.99 Europe.

Kits & Made to Order - Quote on request.

Returns Policy

Due to the nature of sewing patterns and fabric by the meter, refunds and exchanges are not possible and all sales are final. If you require a refund or replacement due to an error on our part, please contact us at enquiries@patternpaperscissors.co.uk within a fortnight of receiving your goods.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct as we cannot be held responsible for undeliverable items that occur due to incorrect addresses.
