Due to the nature of sewing patterns and fabric by the meter, refunds are not possible and all sales are final. If you require a refund or replacement due to an error on our part, please contact us at enquiries@patternpaperscissors.co.uk within a fortnight of receiving your goods. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct as we cannot be held responsible for undeliverable items that occur due to incorrect addresses. Thank you for your understanding.
